"Located in the heart of Seefeld and close to all trails, restaurants and train station, our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. We upgraded our room for the chalet experience and were very happy with the decor and vibe. It felt like having a mini appartment. Breakfast buffet had a very nice selection of items both savoury and sweet as well as the more healthy options. We dined a la carte and had a delicious meal and a fantastic waitress. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The only surprise at the end was being charged for coffee pods, but I guess we should have read the list of consummable items better, we did not even glance at this since in most countries coffee is complementary. In no way this marred our experience, simply mentionning it for future guests to be aware. The spa is a great way to relax after mountain hiking all day and was appreciated to restore sore muscles. We loved our stay and would come back in the future if we ever visit the area again."

"We were welcomed by friendly staff who were very helpful in recommending cafes, tours etc There were beautiful views from floor to ceiling room windows and the restaurant rooftop bar. We used the local free transport card to travel on the trams and buses and enjoyed the peak to peak bus journey. We can thoroughly recommend the breakfast."

"Wonderful classical hotel in perfect location, very short walk from the train station and right by the historic old town. The top floor spa and small terrace are great facilities too. Only gripe was the absence of air conditioning making the room very warm, but at least a small opening window and a fan allowed for airflow. Staff were wonderful, incredibly helpful."
