Located in Umbertide, the holiday apartment Lavanda ad Antico Casale '700 has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 55 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen (a coffee machine is available upon request), 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a fan, heating as well as a smart TV with streaming services. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool (open from mid-June to mid-September), a barbecue and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use.

The property is located just a short drive from the winery Blasi, the restaurants San Giorgio and Girasoli, and supermarkets including Coop, Conad, Eurospin and Gala.

A covered parking space is available on the property (please inform the homeowner one day before your arrival if you are travelling by car in order to reserve the space).

Acceptable, but nothing special

Pros: Location in the mountains is superb, very friendly& supportive staff, fair price Cons: Only very small windows in the appartment, thus dark and nearly no chance for fresh cold air in the night. Due to the size of the location the pool was overcrowded and too less sun chairs. Photos better than reality.
