"Cheap TP and tissue; low water pressure for shower."

"The breakfast that you pay for is a joke...It's 4 small items you're allowed to choose from. When we got there, we had driven 6.5 hours to show up to a hotel room where it clearly states I have 5 people staying in the room, 2 adults & 3 children, there was not a pull out couch, the manager told me I could have some 'bedding' to lay on the floor for my son to make a pallet to sleep on. When we finally got ready for bed, the TV quit working, I went downstairs to ask the manager for help & she said "they just installed the boxes yesterday, I don't know how to help you" sooo we didn't even have TV for the one night we stayed there. When you walk in the hotel looks gorgeous & has everything you'd ever need but looks can be very deceiving. The main elevator in the lobby is absolute trash too. The rolling cart that you can use to bring your bags up was completely broken in 3 different pieces. It was the worst experience I've had at a hotel. What a joke!!"

"Room and property were clean. Hot tub leaves a lot to be desired. Benches too shallow. Jets oddly placed. Didn't use any of the other facilities. "

"Everyone was really friendly and helpful. The hotel and the room were clean aside from a small stain one of the couch cushions. The weight room was a bit small but would work fine. They pool wasn't filled, as it looks like they're doing some work on it. Unfortunately both TVs powered up but said they couldn't find a signal. That's not a huge deal because we aren't going to watch TV, but it was a bit disappointing. There were cracked tiles in the kitchen. But the only thing that was really concerning was how loose almost every outlet plug was. Not only is this annoying, but it's really unsafe. Overall I can tell they're trying to improve this property. I'm hopeful they can update these things soon."

"No microwave in room. No coffee pot in room. They don’t carry coffee in lobby 24 hours. The last time coffee is made is 3pm and not made again until 4 or 5 am. Over priced. It should not be more than 50.00 a night."
