It has an open first floor concept which would make for a nice place for family to gather. There is an enclosed porch and an open porch. If you walk down to the end of the road, there is a walking path to the South Pond beach, which is nice."

"My friends and I had an awesome annual labor day weekend get together at Quinn’s place! The pool, hottub and attic game room were all a big hit, as well as the firepit (no firewood on location so had to pick some up). Place was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen essentials for cooking. Plenty of room and beds for all. Thank you for hosting us!"
