The holiday park borders the sea directly, making it ideal for families. The resort features extensive green spaces, and its numerous amenities make it an ideal place to stay for your holiday. The resort includes a large children’s pool with a pirate ship and slides, a swimming pool, a fantastic playground, and a mini-club/entertainment programme for children. Guests can also enjoy an entertainment programme for teens and adults, a wide variety of sports activities, as well as a restaurant, pizzeria, bar, ice cream parlour, and a well-equipped beach. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to guests.
The Premium Plus mobile home accommodates up to 6 people (4 adults and 2 children up to age 12) and consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and a children’s room with two single beds. The sofa bed in the living room provides two additional sleeping spots. The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and features a stove, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. From the spacious, covered terrace—furnished with a table, chairs, and lounge furniture—you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery. A gas grill is also available. Special bonus: A group of 5–7 of these mobile homes each features a private pool. Travel time from the Croatian border is approximately 20 minutes. Note: If you need more than one accommodation unit, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, you may, of course, check in the following day (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, you may also check out the day before. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The private beach, which borders directly on the resort, consists of gravel and rocky outcrops. Sun loungers and umbrellas are already set up and waiting for you here. Guests have access to many water sports options: windsurfing, an inflatable bouncy castle in the sea, and canoeing. Trained staff organise private and group sports classes. There are also beach volleyball courts and a fitness area for exercise on the beach. The beach is therefore the ideal place to relax while sunbathing or to enjoy one of the many sports activities. You can grab a quick snack in the shade of the beach bar, which is open from morning until evening and offers an inviting selection of refreshing and delicious treats. Lifeguards ensure safety throughout the day. The clean water has been awarded the Blue Flag by the Foundation for Environmental Education.
POOL
Holidaymakers have access to a large pool area as well as spacious sunbathing areas with lounge chairs and umbrellas. For the little ones, there’s a lovely children’s paddling pool with water play features. For the very youngest guests, there’s a baby pool. The whirlpool guarantees complete relaxation for adult guests.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
During the mid- and high seasons, a team of experienced activity leaders will liven up your stay in a gentle way. Every day, there are rotating activities such as football, beach volleyball, water polo, tennis, and game tournaments. The team also organises aerobics, water aerobics, Zumba, yoga, Pilates, and other classes. For young children, there’s a Baby Club (ages 8 months–4 years); for older children, there’s a Mini Club (ages 5–13); and for teenagers, there’s a Teen Club (ages 14–17). There’s also a playground, as well as trampolines and inflatable play structures. Your children will have the opportunity to take part as performers in evening shows. Every evening, cabaret shows, game nights, and guest entertainment are organised, followed by a disco and/or dance nights. Those who want to stay active have plenty of options. Multi-purpose courts (basketball, volleyball, football), a volleyball court, and tennis courts are available to guests. A lovely mini-golf course is also on site.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
Those who want to stay in shape while on holiday are spoiled for choice: tennis courts, a football field, a mini-soccer field, beach volleyball, bike paths, hiking trails, and jogging routes. In addition, the entertainment team puts together a varied daily fitness programme featuring stretching, water aerobics, yoga, Zumba, and much more. On the beach, you can rent windsurf boards, small boats, and canoes, and book diving lessons. Bicycle rentals are also available. By bike, you can follow beautiful bike paths and enjoy the wonderful view of the crystal-blue sea. There’s also a 3-km-long seaside promenade, which is perfect for walks or bike rides.
SHOPPING
The resort has a supermarket where you’ll find fresh food as well as a wide selection of everyday items. A fruit and vegetable market, a fish market, a souvenir shop, an ATM, and a bakery with delicious pastries are also available.
DINING
The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen. Shopping options are located nearby. The holiday park also offers a restaurant, a takeaway spot, an ice cream parlour, bars, and a pancake house.

GETTING THERE

The resort is located right on the beach, making it ideal for families with children. Umag is about 8 km away. There you’ll find an interesting town with a charming location on a peninsula and a picturesque, lively old town. A cultural highlight is a visit to the Forma Viva sculpture gallery on the Slovenian coast near Portorož. The Dajla Monastery on the coast is an enchanting sight. With its bright yellow facade, a wildly romantic garden, and picturesque turrets, it’s an impressive destination on the Adriatic coast.
CITY AND SURROUNDINGS
The small town of Umag, with its harbour, is a well-known commercial and tourist centre in Istria. Long ago, the Roman nobility chose Umag as their summer residence. This is still evident today in the charming Venetian houses, the city walls, and the towers. In the city centre, you’ll find a wide variety of shops, ranging from boutiques to supermarkets to a shopping centre. You’ll also discover various restaurants and cafés in the charming streets of the old town. Explore Umag by bike. There are speciality shops in town that can provide you with the right equipment. If you enjoy going out at night, a visit to the Casino Elite is a great option. There, in addition to the usual games of chance, you’ll find good music and refreshing drinks. Visit the oldest lighthouse on the Adriatic, Savudrija-Salvore—perhaps during a bike ride. You might be lucky enough to be in Umag during an ATP tennis tournament at the famous ATP Stadium in Stella Maris. Between the two port cities of Umag and Pula, there are several towns worth visiting that are definitely worth exploring. Fazana, Rovinj, Vrsar, Poreč, as well as Pula and Umag themselves, offer numerous restaurants, shopping opportunities, and historic buildings that are certainly worth seeing. Various amusement parks, such as Istralandia, Aquacolors, or the Glavani Climbing Park, offer great opportunities for fun with the whole family. For nature lovers, we recommend a visit to the Brijuni Islands or the Jama-Grotta Beradine cave. Seafood lovers are in the right place in this region! Here you’ll find all kinds of fish, prepared in countless ways. You’ll also find excellent wine in Croatia. So if you’re looking to treat yourself, this is the perfect place. There’s plenty of entertainment in the evenings, too. Croatians love festivals, music, and getting together—whether at a nightclub, on the beach promenade, or in a small alleyway. So your evening entertainment is guaranteed. The inland area behind the coastline offers many forests, bike paths, and hiking trails, so those seeking peace and quiet or active travellers will find plenty to enjoy. The famous weekly markets are usually held daily in Poreč, Rovinj, and Pula.
