The accommodation is small and functional, in a quiet location surrounded by greenery on the entrance side and offering a stunning view of the sea from the balcony.
Studio apartment consisting of a bathroom with a shower stall, sink with cabinet and mirror, toiletries, and a hair dryer; two towels per person are provided. The living area features a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, an electric stove with two burners, a coffee maker, a kettle, espresso maker, toaster, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, a dining table for two with two chairs, a 160x200 double bed with a closet, bedside lamps, bed linens provided, an ironing board and iron, flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning, and a covered balcony furnished with a table and two chairs, offering a wonderful view of the sea. Free parking is available near the house. There is a restaurant on the ground floor facing the sea that serves excellent fresh fish and seafood. An ideal place for those who love nature and relaxation.

The area is quiet, but there are many amenities nearby (about 3 km away), such as a bank, post office, ATM, bars, restaurants, a campground, and a tourist village. The area is surrounded by greenery; the nearest beach is rocky, but nearby there are many different types of beaches—some with gravel, others with sand—featuring trees that provide shade from the sun during the hottest hours of the day.
Salvore is located near the town of Umag and close to Bassania, where you’ll find shops, a bank, a post office, and the Trevitours travel agency, where you can book various excursions in the surrounding area. There are various recreational options nearby: tennis courts, an 18-hole golf course, horseback riding, water sports, nightclubs, and various boat or bus tours.

* Registration is required only on the first day; the fee is €7 per person, payable in cash upon arrival.
* Small pets (max 10 kg) are allowed upon request for an additional fee of €15 per day.
* Final cleaning fee of €40, payable in cash upon arrival.
* Smoking is permitted on the terrace or outdoors, but not indoors
* We kindly ask our guests:
- to respect the neighbors and to behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest periods,
- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning when you are not in the accommodation,
- to use the accommodation’s equipment with care,
- to leave containers empty and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to report any damage caused to the owner; after a thorough assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange for the return of the keys.
