"El hotel está en una excelente locación , las habitaciones limpias , buen aire condicionado , caminando a el Centro excelente , solo que ninguno de los dos días pude desayunar ( había pagado por desayuno ). Pero ninguno de los dos días el desayuno estuvo listo , a las hora prevista 7:00am siempre estaba listo una hora después y los TUR pasaban por mí a las 8:00am ….. pero el hotel excelente localización trato y habitaciones The hotel is in an excellent location; the rooms are clean and feature good air conditioning. It is within easy walking distance of the city center—which is excellent—though I was unable to have breakfast on either of the two days I stayed (despite having paid for it). On neither day was breakfast ready at the scheduled time of 7:00 AM; it was always ready an hour later, yet my tour operators were scheduled to pick me up at 8:00 AM. Nevertheless, the hotel is excellent in terms of its location, service, and rooms."

"I travel very often. Rarely have I encountered a place where everyone I interacted with was so pleasant. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. My room was clean m, bright and spacious. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the Registan and several other monuments. I want to especially thank Mamur for all of his help. He. Helped me obtain a SIM card for my phone and set-up YANDEX…the local version of Uber. This made the rest of my journey in Uzbekistan so easy. "

"Beautiful hotel in a very central location. We stayed in a family triple room, which was incredibly spacious, and we especially loved the balcony overlooking the stunning courtyard. The room had everything we needed, and the shower had excellent water pressure with consistently hot water. One of the highlights of our stay was the outstanding food quality. The breakfast selection was plentiful, the salad I ordered for lunch was exceptionally fresh and delicious, and dinner was beautifully presented and truly memorable. In fact, despite our usual policy of trying different restaurants while traveling, we returned here multiple times for both lunch and dinner because the food was simply that good. This was without question my favorite hotel of our entire Central Asia trip."

"Owner, Aziz, was friendly, helpful and informative. Smiling staff. Tours organised and any request was acted upon straight away. The property was quiet but walking distance to the famous Registan, shops, large bazaar, etc. Transport to station\airport was provided gratis. Use of clean kitchen, fridge etc Aziz spoke several languages including good English. We recommend and would stay there again."

"The hotel has a lovely location with a top view over the Registan. I fear it is resting on its location laurels though. It feels tired and needs some polish. The staff insisted their card machine wasn't working and required full payment in cash. I couldn't do it, and miraculously, the machine started working before check out. A professional modern hotel should do better. "
