"With my Mum having limited mobility the parking situation was a challenge but we managed. We also hadn’t realised the 2nd bedroom was two single beds (our fault for not checking closely enough) but again we managed. Otherwise it was a great place to stay with beautiful views from the little garden on the one evening we had that it didn’t rain. A wonderful place to stay overall and would highly recommend it."

"What a wonderful stay at the Castle Inn! Everything was excellent...,rooms,especially the wonderful comfy bed,were very good. Breakfast had a very good choice and good quality food.The meals in the evening also ticked all the boxes! Excellent pool,sauna/steam room with a large jacuzzi....very clean throughout.Staff were very welcoming,and very helpful....Katie was lovely at reception and Paul served a great pint of guinness! We ate one night in the restaurant and the food was good but a little pricy, although expected for a hotel restaurant. We would definitely stay again if in the area."

"The location was great, and the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. However, the hotel’s email and advertisement stated that a restaurant and room service were available for ordering food. One evening, we tried to eat at the restaurant but were told that it was unavailable because they were busy catering for a large group. We also tried to order room service, but were told that they were too busy to take our order. Thankfully, there were plenty of places to eat around town, so we were able to go out for dinner instead. Apart from this disappointment with the food service, everything else was great, and we had a lovely stay."
