Die gepflegte und voll möblierte und sehr kompakte Condo befindet sich in einem Wohnhaus im Innenstadtbereich. Es ist maximal für eine Belegung mit 2 Personen geeignet. (2 Erwachsene und ein Kind unter 2 Jahren im Reisebett) Hier ist Arbeiten und Wohnen möglich.

Zur Verfügung stehen: Wohnbereich mit integrierter Küche und Dusche, separater Toilette, und abgeteiltes Schlafzimmer mit Couch.

Das Apartment liegt im 1. OG (1. Obergeschoss)

Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und ist mit bretonischen Antikmöbeln von 1885 ausgestattet. Der zentrale Lebensraum ist modern und hochwertig eingerichtet, die Küche ist integriert und verfügt über einen 3 Platten Herd, einen hohen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffee Nespresso Maschine, Spülmaschine sowie Geschirr und Kochtöpfe. Ein großer Edelstahltisch lädt zum Arbeiten ein. Der Schlafbereich ist mit einem Doppelbett und einer Schlafcouch ausgestattet.
