"There was a banging sound coming from the other side of the wall of our room. It sounded like it may have been coming from a utility room or equipment area. It went on intermittently all night and into the next morning. I spoke to the front desk in person at 7 AM and she said I should have called them, which I should have, but now I am asking you to please take care of it and she said she would. Over an hour later, still noisy so I spoke to the front desk in person again. The issue was never resolved, we never received an explanation or an apology. I have no confidence that calling them in the middle of the night would have done any good. "

"For the money, this was a great place. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. Nothing elsevial about this place, but it was a good value."
