"En general, bien. Es verdad que nosotros fuimos los que nos tuvimos que poner en contacto con el hotel para poder saber qué habitación teníamos, cómo hacer el checkin, etc (porque es auto checkin). A parte de eso, lo demás todo bien. Teníamos una habitación cogida y nos dieron otra más grande porque la que cogimos de un inicio era más pequeño que lo que habíamos cogido. Se lo dijimos al dueño del hotel y en cuestión de 10-15’ nos cambió sin problemas. El desayuno, bastante completo, y bastante...

"A very nice traditional hotel. Rooms were clean and nice size. There is limited parking in front of hotel and parking on the adjacent street. Staff were courteous and attentive to service. A Kolin resident told me we were staying in the best hotel in Kolin. We were very satisifed with everything. Breakfast, included, was well appointed. Internet WIFI in the room worked perfect."

"The room was listed with A/C and it was my main reason to book it. But it was not any A/C. We could not sleep well during hot summer night. We slept with open windows. It was loud music from nearest night club and someone was smoking and talking in front of our window. I would never stay at the place ever again."

"Parking in front of the hotel is expensive so I parked in the nearby garage, making luggage management a bit challenging. The room was pleasant but work was being done right outside my window so it was a bit noisy in the morning. The area is wonderful with excellent restaurants within minutes outside the entrance. The free breakfast was very good."
