"I arrived at Citadines DPulze Cyberjaya on a business trip on 2 October and am checking out today. The staff were consistently kind and professional, making my stay comfortable and truly homely. The surrounding area is lively, with many shops and restaurants, which makes it a very convenient place for foreigners to stay. "I stayed for about 2 weeks and had a fairly comfortable stay. Check in was easy and receptionists friendly and helpful. The room was pretty averagely sized with your basic amenities like kettle, tv, safe, wi-fi. Bed and pillows were great. Curtains were blackout. Shower room could do with some maintenance. The hot water in the shower didn't work, but maintenance was able to resolve the problem quickly. Some days housekeeping skipped my room for some reason, so I had to leave a note to make...
