"The house and surrounding property were very well kept and very clean. At night the property is very quiet and we had no trouble sleeping. Carrollton is a great place to visit and we enjoyed breakfast at the airport restaurant. Enjoyed this stay and would highly recommend this rental property!"

"Quaint little house. Nothing fancy but comfortable. Had a little musty smell. We opened the windows to let it air out but a small dehumidifier would help eliminate this issue. Just a few minutes from River Greens Golf Course. Walking distance to Rainbow Hills which is a nice little restaurant and brewery/winery. Short drive to Historic Roscoe Village which has lots of little shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Would stay here again. "

"My Mom, her dog, and I had a wonderful stay at the shipping container. It was such a peaceful place to spend a night on our cross country road trip. When we travel, we look for places that are a bit isolated, have running water, and are near cool spots to go for walks. This property met all of our criteria and was beautiful on top of it!"

"Franklin was a wonderful host with not only helpful information, but also who genuinely wanted us to be comfortable and enjoy our stay. The Hemlock Place is clean and beautiful, with attention to detail in every room. We loved our stay and would definitely come back! We’d also recommend it to others! Hosts like Franklin are a gem in the rough!!"
