Beautiful Location for Groups

Nice Proberty, for a lot of people. 4 houses at all and a nice yard. Even a beautiful Poolarea. The Equiment is easy / eco, but enough. The nearby village have some restaurants. But a lot of is closed in octobre. A Kart-Treck is just 100m away. Thanks to Enza for all the suport!

We had a lovely time at the house, the hosts were very helpfull. We went on a boattrip to the grotto and on a olivoil and wine tasting at the terra nostra. Relaxing days by the pool, trips to the lovely beach nearby and lovely Big family dinners in the evening

Collaborative celebrations 🎂

Beautiful property for 15 of us celebrating multiple special birthdays. Near a lovely small town TSG and some fabulous beaches with beach clubs including the local one Malibu and Pescoluse (the maldives of Salento) Not really walkable to town or beach as it’s on a main busy road and no pavements with some very fast drivers going by! (That’s italy for you) However some of us utilised the bikes provided to the beach. Others couldn’t be tempted and we took our hire cars down to TSG for couple of great evening meals (azzura and willy Rogers) and gelato. Three of the four villas have a lovely contemporary finish to them. It’s a shame the smallest one doesn’t mirror those yet. Main villa kitchen would benefit from a dishwasher as there is so many of you there is plenty of space for one. The outside space is perfect around pool. Plenty of room for everybody. Day beds beautiful. Some of the sun beds are tired now and need replacing as ripping with use and sun exposure. The outdoor kitchen with grills is a great touch. We had fabulous food prepared on these. However thought it very strange that there are no fridges out there. So you are having to go to the different villas for storing beer wine and food. Maybe there is a reason for this but there is so much space out there it would benefit greatly in our opinion for some coolers. Otherwise you are using the main villa fridge which doesn’t stay cool as being opened constantly. We discovered Lidl and another large supermarket in ugento for good priced supplies. The hosts enza and mirko were always in contact and very obliging. When we asked for additional wine glasses charcoal and the extractor over grill to be replaced in outdoor kitchen everything was attended to within 24 hours. They provided us with suggestions for restaurants and a boat trip which sadly we didn’t get to organise. The villa is difficult to locate on that road. Luckily we had somebody with us who knew the hosts but again maybe there is a reason for this anonymity however much easier for a villa name to be outside for arriving guests. All in all a great trip and any constructive criticisms I make are purely to enhance what is already a great HomeAway.

Magnifique maison de vacances, piscine et extérieur au top. Nous étions 11 adultes répartis dans 4 logements indépendants, propres, bonne literie et climatisés. Communication facile avec les propriétaires (anglais/italien) et très réactifs. Accès à la plage en 20 min mais attention pas de piste cyclable.

Amazing space with large, spacious rooms, modern bathrooms and great A/C everywhere. Very nice garden with ripe fruit trees and lovely swimming pool. Property near great beaches. Very friendly, helpful and generous hosts. One potential downside of the property is that it is on a busy road. The property could also benefit from an outdoor seating area and the kitchen from a couple more appliances (e.g. a kettle, a toaster...)

It was a very pleasant stay; very clean and we had everything we needed for our big group of friends. The environment was nice, pretty quiet and the beach and city were nearby. It would be nice if the host could speak english and unfortunatly the wifi was slow.

Super séjour

Nous avons passer un super séjour dans la maison d’Enza et Mirko. Nous étions 3 familles avec des enfants en bas âge et c’était très agréable d’avoir une maison par famille. Les maisons sont propres et fonctionnelles et le jardin est grand et très agréable. Petit bonus: les vélos pour se promener et aller à la plage! Enza et Mirko sont très disponibles et très réactifs. Wir sind gerade zurück... wir waren 5 familien (21 personen) und wir hatten einen super aufenthalt. Wir können es nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Fantastic group holiday

We were 4 families with teenage to grown up children and it was great to have the different villas to spread out in and the large pool. It was a less than 10 min cycle to beautiful Lido Sabbiosa which had a lovely beach bar/ restaurant. Also easy to cycle in to town. Enza and Mirko were great hosts, flexible about our check in and out times and understanding about damage caused by an overenthusiastic teenager on the last night! Communication was swift and issues dealt with promptly although we benefitted from an Italian speaker otherwise you rely on Google translate. Would recommend the villa if you want the golden beaches of that area. The town itself is not very picturesque but there are lots beautiful places such as Leuca nearby to visit.

Fantastic Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Il Giardino. The property was beautiful, it had plenty of space for our party of 8 adults and 8 kids. The pool was fantastic and the grounds were beautiful with plenty of sun loungers and day beds and room for the kids to play. There were bikes provided and we used them for the short trip to the beach that was wonderful, with white sand and warm blue sea. Our hosts Enza and Mirko couldn’t have been more helpful and responded very quickly to any queries we had. I’d cannot recomended Il Giardino enough!

Un angolo di paradiso a due passi dal mare

L'appartamento, caso rarissimo, corrisponde perfettamente alle foto. Posizione appartata lontano dai rumori e dal traffico della città. Unica fonte sonora innaturale può essere il kartodromo nelle vicinanze, che alle volte può ospitare gare di giorno, durante il fine settimana. Personalmente non ci ha dato fastidio dal momento che durante il giorno giravamo il Salento. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto ospitali, sempre pronti a dare consigli su ristoranti, manifestazioni e posti da visitare nei dintorni. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato una bottiglia d'olio di frantoio biologico a nostra disposizione: davvero squisito. Pulizia eccellente sia dell'appartamento che della piscina. Posizione ottima per escursioni alle vicinissime Maldive del Salento, Leuca o Gallipoli. Le zone più "distanti", come Punta Prosciutto, Lecce o Otranto sono comunque raggiungibili in un'ora di macchina. Avevamo a disposizione gratuitamente anche delle biciclette da usare per andare ai lidi più vicini, situati a circa 5 min di pedalata, che abbiamo sfruttato sia all'arrivo che subito prima della partenza per un bagno veloce nelle acque cristalline grazie ai fondali di sabbia bianca. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente. Consigliatissimo a tutti i tipi di viaggiatori.

Siamo stati ospiti nella struttura il giardino dal 14 Settembre al 21 ed è stata una settimana favolosa.Devo dire che la pulizia e la cura dei dettagli ha fatto la differenza.Abbiamo trascorso una settimana all 'insegna del relax e devo ammettere che la vista sulla piscina ha fatto in modo che tutto ci sembrasse ancora più bello.Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo usufruito di tutti i confort ma soprattutto della fantastica piscina .Avevamo con noi anche il nostro cane ed è stato bello scoprire che anche i nostri amici animali sono i benvenuti in queste strutture.Un altra nota positiva è stata trovare una proprietaria disponibile e sempre cordiale ,torneremo sicuramente lo consiglio sia a coppie che a famiglie con bimbi Verusca
