It's just a few steps from Earl's Court station, but somehow feels incredibly calm and tucked away from the bustle of London. The beautiful back garden was one of our favorite spots. If we hadn't been out exploring the city every day, we would have happily spent hours there reading and relaxing. The restaurant was excellent, and the bar served some wonderfully eclectic cocktails. We were overly impressed with the night manager and staff. They were professional, polite, accomodating and truly helped us in a bit of a panick. "The staff were fantastic both at the hotel and the diner. The room was great apart from technical issues with our television which staff tried to fix. But it kept breaking again , in the end we gave up as out of the 3 day stay here it worked for about 2 hrs on and off. We gave up and used a phone to watch the world cup! Not quite the same but staff did give us a complimentary breakfast on departure as an apology.
Parking facilities great, tea and coffee in reception. The toiletries in the room...

"In most respects all amenities and staff exceeded expectations however I was there during a heatwave and the small fan did nothing to alleviate the heat the room, so I think a 9/10 is a fair assessment. I will definitely stay there again when in Swindon "

"I have stayed in many hotels but this was one of the best. The staff were very friendly and accommodating the hotel rooms here large and nicely decorated. The gardens provided a perfect setting for a late evening drink and winding down after a busy day. Yes there are probably, better hotels out there but for our stay this was a 5 Star event."
