Great for the value

Everythings was great, roof top onsen was beautiful, breakfast was delicious, except in hotel.com chinese version showing 4 Japanese beds included, but at the hotel said we only booked 2 beds for a 4 people room. Kind of confusing.

心温まる宿

母の誕生日祝いと、敬老の日のお祝いを兼ねて利用させていただきました。手作りのポップと記念撮影をしていただいたり、食事の要望まで聞いていただき、細やかなお気遣いが嬉しかったです。旧館との繋ぎの階段が祖母には大変でしたが、温泉も食事もよくて大満足です。 久しぶりに家族みんなでゆっくりと過ごせました。感謝しています(*^^*) 家族孝行をさせていただき、ありがとうございました。

体は癒えましたが、食事のときちょっと残念

料理の味はよかったです。お風呂はほどほどの広さで子供が入りやすいあったかさ。展望露天風呂は広くはないですが、気持ちよかったです。5階の高さなのであまり気になりませんが目隠しはあまりなくかなりオープンな感じでした。 宿の皆さんは丁寧でしたが、夜の食事の際、注文したビールや子供のご飯がなかなかこなかったのがちょっと残念でした。あたふたしていたので新人さんが多かったのかな…。

居心地の良い宿

事前に食事のアレルギー(苦手なもの）を確認されて、滞在中もケアいただきました。 夏だったので早朝 屋上の露天風呂に行くと 市内と遠く盆地に流れる雲海が見られて贅沢な朝風呂を 満喫しました。食事中に部屋の布団がばっちり準備されていて、あー日本の宿に泊っているなぁと すぐにゴロンとなりました。枕もよかった。

お料理も美味しくスタッフの方も笑顔で対応していただき気持ちよく過ごせました。 すごく安いと思います。 一つ言うならば、小さな子供連れでしたのでご飯の時に頼む前にスプーンやフォークを出しておいてくださるといいなと思いました。 我が家の、またリピートする宿リストに登録です！
