They include a spacious living area with an integrated, well-equipped kitchenette and direct access to the 15-square-meter terrace at the bow, as well as two bedrooms. Air conditioning for cooling and heating. The bathroom with shower and a separate toilet with sink are each located in their own spaces. All fighting dog breeds are excluded. We ask for your understanding that we can only accept animals that are clean and well-behaved. A surcharge for pets applies according to the price list. <br><br>Smoking is not permitted inside the houseboats. Please use the outdoor area for this purpose; ashtrays are provided for your convenience. <br>Rental Period from Spring to Autumn: The houseboats are available during the frost-free season. Bookings made at the beginning and end of the season in spring and fall are confirmed subject to weather conditions and only on the condition that the water is free of ice and frost.<br><br>Wi-Fi: The marina provides Wi-Fi access to all guests in the marina; some services may incur a fee. You will receive the code from the caretaker upon check-in. Depending on usage, the Wi-Fi connection may be subject to fluctuations in availability. <br><br>Tourist tax for guests 18 years and older: €2.00 per person/day.
