Semi-detached house with 100 m² of living space for up to 6 people, spread over 3 floors, high-end furnishings, newly built and completed in 2020. The house features a fully equipped kitchen, two TVs with Magenta TV in the kitchen-diner and living room, and Wi-Fi and Ethernet in all rooms.
On the ground floor, you’ll find the kitchen-dining area, which serves as the heart of the home. Here, you can cook and dine together, enjoy game nights, or simply watch TV. With direct access to the terrace, you can easily incorporate it into your time together.
For guests who’d like some privacy, there’s a cosy living room on the ground floor that’s perfect for reading, chatting, or watching TV—yet the open staircase keeps you connected to the rest of the group. The bedroom with two single beds and the bathroom with a shower and bathtub are also located here.
On the second floor, there are two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed; one of them also has space to set up an additional cot.
The living and bedroom areas are furnished with solid wood furniture; the floors on the first and second floors are parquet, while the ground floor and bathroom have tile floors. The house is equipped with a heat pump that provides underfloor heating and can cool the home on warm days. Thanks to the vapor-permeable construction and the use of natural materials, you’ll experience a whole new way of living. In the shed, which offers plenty of space for bicycles and similar items, you’ll find a grill and a clothes drying rack. You’re also welcome to use the washing machine or the electric clothes dryer.
