Übersee offers countless ways to enjoy your holiday. From the steamboat dock, you can explore Herreninsel and its magnificent castle built by King Ludwig II, or visit the “place of power” Fraueninsel with its monastery and cathedral. Explore the Salzburg and Berchtesgaden regions. Whether you want to hike, bike, or explore, you’ll find what you’re looking for—amazing places await you. And if you spend the day at the lake swimming and relaxing, don’t forget to pack a jacket so you can watch the most beautiful sunset by the lake in the evening and feel the energy of the Chiemgau region. We look forward to welcoming you! A 5th person is possible upon request. (No bachelor/hen nights or other parties)

Our fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and our spacious living room invites you to relax and unwind. Our bedrooms offer peaceful retreats for your soul. On our large south-facing balcony, you can soak up the sun and enjoy the view of the Bavarian mountains. Our new bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub, and there’s also a separate bathroom. Towels, bed linens, and final cleaning are included.

Cultural landmarks such as the magnificent Herrenchiemsee Palace, Frauenwörth Abbey, and Seeon Abbey bring to life the eventful history of the Chiemgau region, which was once discovered by the Celts and Romans. Pork knuckle, Kaiserschmarrn, or Chiemsee fish? At the end of a day full of discoveries, uplifting culinary delights await you at alpine pastures and traditional inns.
