The high quality furnished Ad Fontes Suite in the modern Alpslodge style is not far from the center of overseas as a perfect starting point for your trip to the lake or the mountains.

The apartment was rebuilt this year (2020).

The swiveling lounge couch in the heart of the apartment with a brilliant view of the mountains is particularly inviting for socializing with friends.

If you want to retreat, the 2 separate feel-good bedrooms offer absolute privacy and have direct access to a private bathroom of the latest standard.

In the master bedroom, you can let your mind wander in the stone pine steam sauna.

The Ad Fontes Suite is the source for free spirits, enjoyment, romance and the desire to travel.

The property was nice and well-appointed and the use of a garage was a bonus. The problem was that due to the construction across the street of several new apartment's, the noise during the day did not allow the use of the balcony and the windows need to be closed if you wanted to watch TV or have a conversation with anyone. Further, due to a closed bride from Grassau to the freeway, all major traffic including big trucks, had to go through Uebersee's main road starting at 5:30 am till about 8 PM. While it was noted in my arrival documents about the construction noise, the noise was extreme and did not make for a pleasant stay.

Schöner Jahresabschluss mit Freunden

Wir verbrachten zu 2 Paaren den Jahreswechsel in dieser Wohnung und würden die Wohneinheit inkl. Garage als absolute Weiterempfehlung bewerten. Ideal für befreundete Paare oder Familien mit max. 4 Personen. Die sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung (2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils direktem Badzugang) entsprach vollständig den Vorgaben und Beschreibungen und war in einem Top Zustand. Die Kommunikation über Vermieter vor und nach der Reise war sehr gut. Die Wohnung liegt etwas abseits der Tourizonen, dennoch zentral gelegen in Chiemseeort Übersee.

Kommen sehr gerne wieder

Es hat alles gut geklappt, von der Kommunikation über Antworten auf alle Fragen auch während des Urlaubs. Es war besonders sauber! Anzeige und Wohnung haben zu 100 % gepasst. Macht weiter so, verändert nichts! Vielen Dank noch einmal im Nachhinein!

Sommer am Chiemsee

Die Ferienwohnung in in einem außergewöhnliche guten Zustand und extrem hochwertig ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl, wie zu Hause. Auch die Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist sehr angenehm, da nur 2 Minuten von der Autobahnabfahrt entfernt. Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub im September dort verbracht. Man könnte aber auch sehr gut mit 2 befreundeten Pärchen seinen Urlaub in der Wohnung verbringen. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und die beiden Schlafzimmer sehr gut getrennt. Sowohl der Vermieter als auch der Verwalter sind sehr bemüht und stehen für Fragen jederzeit bereit. Fam. Weber aus Kraichtal

Alles Perfekt. 5 Sterne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist auf höchstem Niveau und es gibt überhaupt keinen Kritikpunkt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Wir haben uns dort von Anfang bis Ende sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir durften die Vermieter selber kennenlernen und sie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Tipp zum Essen "Gasthof Hinterwirt" war Gold wert und zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nach dem ersten Besuch haben wir kein anderes Lokal mehr ausprobiert und waren noch mehrmals dort. Auch der Chiemsee ist zu Fuß in knapp 30 Minuten erreichbar. Der Strandabschnitt dort ist sehr sauber und schön. Top Adresse für Urlaub in einer Ferienwohnung. Wir kommen gerne irgendwann wieder.
