Sensationelle Lage, aber…

Zuerst muss ich sagen, dass die Gegend einfach nur herrlich ist!!!Die Wohnung ist auch super gelegen, die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist einfach nur atemberaubend, direkt auf den Bodensee.Leider war bei unserer Anreise nicht alles so, wie es sein sollte, was bei dem Preis einfach nicht sein darf!!!- Die oberen Schlafzimmer und die Treppe waren noch sehr dreckig, das ist unserem 12jährigen (!!!) aufgefallen, der dann den Staubsauger in die Hand genommen hat.- Die Beleuchtung an der Treppe war defekt.- Der Stöpsel am Spülbecken war auch defekt, so dass man zum Abwaschen kein Wasser einlaufen lassen konnte.- Es war keine Kaffeemaschine, wie auf den Fotos gezeigt, vorhanden. Ärgerlich, wenn man extra Kaffee kauft…- Der Schirmständer auf dem Balkon wackelte wie ein Lämmerschwanz, so dass man sich kaum traute, den Schirm aufzuspannen.- Am schlimmsten aber war, dass wir bei Anreise nasse Handtücher vorgefunden haben, die wir dann erst mal trocknen mussten.Am nächsten Tag sind wir dann ins Büro gefahren und haben die Mängel angesprochen. Eine Kaffeemaschine haben wir noch am gleichen Tag bekommen, dafür ein dickes Lob an den MA.Am nächsten Tag wurde uns dann telefonisch ein Handwerker angekündigt, der den Schirmständer instand setzen sollte. Er sollte am gleichen Tag kommen oder mit uns einen Termin ausmachen. Bis zu unserer Abreise ist allerdings nichts passiert…Wie gesagt, alles keine dramatischen Mängel, aber für den Preis einfach nicht akzeptabel!!!

Het was een fantastisch appartement met een geweldig terras. Het uitzicht over de Bodensee was buitengewoon knap. Het appartement was heel licht door de groter ramen die uitkeken vanuit de woonkamer op het meer. Mooie slaapkamers, wel maar 1 badkamer.

Leider war es nicht sehr sauber, überall Spinnenweben, Spinnen und schmutzige Fenster. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist für 6 Personen sehr dürftig. Ansonsten war die Wohnung sehr schön.

Schöne Aussicht

Die Wohnung, Lage Blick alles super toll. Nur sollten die Gläser ersetzt werden die kaputt gegangen sind von den Vormieter - 3 Weingläser sind ein bisschen wenig-und in den oberen zwei Zimmern wäre es schön wenn man etwas zum aufhängen hätte.
