The living and sleeping area features a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm) and a 55-inch Smart TV. The spacious built-in wardrobe in the entrance area provides ample storage space and keeps things organized. The open-plan kitchenette is designed to offer you a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It includes a dishwasher, induction hob and oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother, as well as a kettle. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, and pans to ensure you can take full advantage of all the amenities of a well-equipped kitchen.

The bathroom consists of a shower, washbasin, and toilet and is finished with high-quality materials to provide you with a modern and comfortable ambiance. The spacious open shower provides a pleasant showering experience. A hairdryer is available for our guests.

For added convenience, a washer-dryer is available for your use in the shared laundry room. The laundry room is located on the ground floor of the building. A clothes drying rack is provided in your holiday apartment.

The elevator, which leads to the apartment and the underground parking garage, ensures convenient access and contributes to the privacy of the residents. A parking space in the underground garage, accessible via car lift, is available for guests of the holiday apartment.
