The longest lakeside promenade on Lake Constance, the Bodensee-Therme, 3 lidos, a well-marked network of hiking and cycling paths and the landing stage for lake shipping make Überlingen one of the most popular destinations on Lake Constance - ideal for hikers, cyclists, families and those seeking relaxation.
At Lake Constance, in a quiet residential area with lots of greenery, you will find the 60 m2 ground floor apartment "holiday apartment Kunstmann". Access to the apartment is through a beautifully laid out Japanese ornamental garden, but is not barrier-free.
The very tastefully furnished apartment has a living room with sofa, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge/freezer, a bedroom with two single beds next to each other and a bathroom with shower and toilet and offers space for 2 persons. The bedroom has no door, but is separated with a blackout curtain.
The facilities also include Wi-Fi and a television with satellite reception.
A beautiful wooden terrace outside with a table is exclusively available to the guests of this apartment. The beautiful planting of the outdoor area provides the necessary seclusion and peace to recover from everyday life and to be able to recharge your batteries.
Hiking and biking trails start practically at the front door. Within a radius of 1100 m there are several supermarkets, which are easily accessible on foot. Numerous restaurants, cafés and other shopping facilities are located in the beautiful old town, which is about a 20 minute walk away (1.5 - 1.7 km). There you will also find the harbour with the landing stage.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed.
The indicated prices do not include tourist tax. The local tourist tax has to be paid on site.

Rundherum sehr schön
Pros: Die Gastgeber Mandy und Andreas Kunstmann sind überaus freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Wir hatten gute Gespräche.
Die Wohnung entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen, helle Räume, ausreichend großes Badezimmer, separates Schlafzimmer mit guter Matratze. Für Bekleidung gibt es ausreichend Schränke und Kommoden. Die Küche ist mit kompletten Koch- und Essgeschirr ausgestattet Dazu einTisch und 4 Stühle. Das Wohnzimmer besitzt eine große Glasfront mit Schiebetür. Davor befindet sich eine Terrasse mit Sitz- und Essgelegenheit für 4 Personen. Bei schönem Wetter ideal.
Eine Stadtbus-Haltestelle liegt nur 100 m von der Wohnung entfernt. Von dort geht stündlich ein Bus zum zentralen Busbahnhof, von dem man dann in alle Richtungen kostenfrei mit der Gästekarte per Zug oder Bus weiterfahren kann.

Jederzeit wieder
Pros: Das Apartment war sehr sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Trotz das die Familie ( sehr nett) darüber wohnt, hatte man seine Privatsphäre. In der Stadt und an der Prominade ist man in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Mit dem Auto oder dem Schiff sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in kurzer Zeit sehr gut zu erreichen.

Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub in einer schönen Wohnung, wo es an nichts gefehlt hat.
Pros: zur Promenade sind es ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. In der Kurtaxe ist aber auch der Regionalverkehr enthalten, so kommt man in 10 Minuten zur Altstadt und zurück in 5 Minuten. Gerne haben wir auch die Terrasse genutzt.
