Love this hotel, location is great, rooms are not too cramped and well maintained.
Clean rooms, staff are friendly.
Bit of a wait for lifts but to be expected.
Our only disappointment is the chaotic breakfast, we tried different times and regardless had to queue to get a table and the selection of food using great, we’ve stayed before and it’s definitely deteriorated from when we’ve been there before. People can be rude and it wasn’t a great dining experience any day we were there. So actually wouldn’t stay again if we were looking to build in breakfast.
Other than that it’s a great hotel.
