I liked everything about this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Large and clean rooms. I didn't see a lot of restaurants nearby, but also wasn't looking for them. Had dinner plans elsewhere.
.
The best part of our holiday was the restaurant. The restaurant is 100%. One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been in in a hotel. Breakfast is fantastic.
Beautiful hotel, wonderful pool. The only thing I didn’t like was you couldn’t get a glass of wine. They did not sell it, and if you ordered a beer to take to your room, it’s one of the giant bottles.
We found baby disappointing aspects to this hotel.-
-No airport shuttle despite their listing
And no compensation
Temperature in showers fluctuates dangerously from uncomfortably cold to dangerously hot every 40 seconds or so.
Restaurant adds extra 40 baht to bill for ice in your water. Dirty stained sheets
Room was old and outdated: lack of lights made room look SO dark, also not enough outlets. Room was spacious but looked empty, not very efficient to use the space. Lots of insects in the hallway from our room to the elevator, we were at 8 floor. There was also an uneven floor at the door to the room - I tripped and almost hurt my ankle when stepping outside.
Hotellet var nedgånget. Smutsiga mattor i rummet, toa dörren svårstängd, allmänt ofräscht i rummet. Genensamhets utrymmen lika slitna och ned gångna som vårt rum (delux dubbelrum) kommer inte att boka där igen
Location was great for me. Staff were fantastic though the girls behind the front counter could learn from the boys and the cleaning ladies on how to smile a little bit and make a guest feel more welcome.

Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Bad Maintenance with OLD facility.
Facility in Room is very POOR (Old & under Maintenance), Price is not Valuable and Breakfast is OK. And at night if you stay within rainy season. A Lot of Bug will come to front of your Room and under the Door have some hole then Bug will come inside. Some But is Dangerous..... Please mention about this point. (I stay with my baby 2 Years) all about this trip is BAD DREAM....

I book a budget room. If you stay alone it will be ok but with family especially kids then don't book budget room. You would feel bad. Thankfully the reception staff upgraded room to delux room. It was better. Breakfast was normal. Great thing was staff was very kind.

Hotel was good but to far away from a lot of attractions so needed to get Tuk Tuks every where to get around or motor bike taxis after hours which starts to add up after a while. Overall though I wouldn't stay there again.
