"Prompt communication and effortless check-in (and checkout) process with the provided door pin. The garden view room was generously spacious. Surprisingly, it also had limited but beautiful mountain view as well. Everything in the room was well organized and set up prior to check-in. "Fantastisches Frühstück, nettes Personal. Für die, die Annex buchen: Speisesaal und der Wehr schöne Wellnessbereich sind problemlos über einen Durchgang im Haus erreichbar. Allerdings ist der Weg zum Wellness unzureichend ausgeschrieben, man irrt durch die Gänge. Das Zimmer war zwar veraltet eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber. Das einzige was gestört hat, dass das Bett bei jeder Bewegung geknarrt hat und der kalte Rauch aus dem Mitarbeiterzimmer nebenan in unser Zimmer zog. "

"Everyone was quite helpful. The newest part of the hotel is quite nicely done with an over the top rooftop spa - sauna - pool - and relaxing rooms. It makes this stop an opportunity for chilling and relaxing. My room was in the older section of the hotel and while it was clean and well cared for, it's a contrast to the updated section. They served a most excellent breakfast buffet. The dinner was traditional local food and very good quality. "
