llegué al hotel y no me dieron mi cuarto sino hasta las 6:00 pm porque no habia agua en todo el hotel, no se podia ni usar el baño del lobby. ni siquiera me compenaron por las horas perdidas. la zona del bar / mirador estaba en reparaciones y no es nada de lo que ofrecen en las fotos.
