"This location was amazing. It was near all the events that I attended. I was there for Mardi Gras and it only took just a few minutes to get to downtown. Very safe area. The house was clean. We actually rented two units and both were nice and clean. The only thing that I had a problem with is the metal on the curb on the second driveway. As soon as I turned in when I arrived, I popped my tire. This has nothing to do with the actual house, just a heads up."

"We enjoyed our stay the amount of space was great. The beds were very comfortable. The house could use some TLC. The lighting on the stairs were poor,the rugs were not clean. There was no instructions on using the hot tub plus it didn’t seem to be clean enough , we could not find a light switch in the laundry area. The rugs in the upstairs bedroom pose a tripping hazard because they were curled up on the end. Could use chairs in the the upper bed rooms and TV would be great . More than one skillet in the kitchen would be great. The one there was not in very good shape. The coding was comings off. We had to wash some of the rugs.There were lights on the stairs but they weren’t working as older people it was a concern.Overall we enjoyed the space and would use it again."

"I utilized the space during a business trip. The neighborhood is very nice, active, yet quiet and quaint. The area of the studio apartment is enriched with nature, so you can expect to see a few flying bugs, but for the location such a sight is to be expected. I’d say my only challenge was locking and unlocking the door, the lock is quite difficult to maneuver. And with the key ring being so thin, it caused a moment of panic because the key fell off of the ring; so maybe a thicker metal ring. Additionally, providing makeup wipes or a designated makeup cloth (as I’ve seen in other rental spaces) could be beneficial. I found myself overly cautious when removing makeup because I wanted to ensure that the white linen didn’t get stained. Otherwise, I enjoyed my time in the unit and have no further complaints. "
