"I was there yesterday, and I stay there every weekend. Yesterday, the guests in Room 408 were smoking marijuana; the smell in my room was overpowering, and I have a child with me. I had to keep calling the front desk to get them to do something, because it was horrible having to deal with that smell—along with the shouting, coughing, and noise—right next to my room. And I wasn't the only person complaining. I wasn't able to switch rooms. Everything just went on as usual. There was trash under my bed, and the TV didn't work. The toilet was leaking, and the bathtub drain was clogged—the water wouldn't go down."
