"In general the place is not well maintained, everything looks really old, to much wear in every single corner of the property. In our room the handle of the door as well as the bathroom handle do not work properly, the window in the bathroom it does not close at all and is falling apart, as a consequence the environment inside that space is not pleasant, the sink, the tile, the shower space needs attention and upgrades. "Disgusting! I could not have gotten in without help of another guest No bathroom tissue, lumpy bed, horrible shower NO hot water!! Smoke detector beeped all night I will never book with you again Thank God I found another place to stay "

"This little boutique hotel completely made our trip. Graciela and Oscar are incredibly warm hosts,they helped us navigate getting to the England v Mexico match at Estadio Azteca, which took so much stress out of match day. They also pointed us to amazing local food and the best spots to explore in Coyoacán, from the markets, plazas and the Frida Kahlo Museum. Genuine hospitality, great location, wonderful hosts. Highly recommend! Looking forward to taking the whole family back."
