"Breakfast was substantial. The staff was professional, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel is situated in nice location. Very close to downtown- Temple square, Capitol, etc. There is a Budget car rental right across."

"We went for a volleyball tournament. Such a great hotel with genuinely nice humans working there. It was full for the tournament with multiple teams of teenage girls but it was quiet and peaceful. Great shower!!!! Loved our stay. Our mattress left a little to be desired but all in all it was great. The buffet and the restaurant are delicious as well."

"Bathroom fan did not work and had large gaps on the side. Tub had water pooling 1/2 inch deep. Mattress sagged in middle and had hard edges. sounds from people walking in other room were loud. Breakfast was cheap and not very many options."

"The hotel was clean and the pool was warm it has amazing potential. The restaurant Dees across the street was inexpensive, delicious with great staff and the same parking lot. The problems - we called down and asked for an extra pillow and were told NO ENGLISH! we said we just need a pillow room number --- and he replied in broken English again saying NO ENGLISH! and hung up. Completely unacceptable. We went down to the lobby and he hid back around the corner so we just went without it, as we were annoyed at this point and could tell it was going nowhere. The next morning the same guy was still there it was 6:30 and coffee and breakfast is downstairs at 6. My husband filled his cup and it was cold coffee from the day before and the guy walked by acting kind of weird and again said no English and walked away. The next lady in was nice and had fixed all the coffee and put breakfast out but we didn't try it as we couldn't eat it the day before. Breakfast bagels were soggy, granola was weird could have been good with a couple quality controls, but we threw it away. The coffee and drinks were good though."
