Check in process was easy and fast. Once I got to the room it smelled like mildew and there was stains on the walls and doors. There was also mold in the shower. I shorten my stay and when asked if I’d get a refund for the extra day I paid for they said yes few days pass and I was told I had to call Expedia to do the refund front desk seemed annoyed I would even ask for a refund or not stay the entire two days.

I loved the way the rooms are decorated! However, my first room was extremely warm & the air conditioning was turned down to 60degrees. So they told me they’d take a look at it. I waited about 10- 15 minutes sweltering - then called to front desk & asked for another room. That room was much colder & perfect temperature. However, the carpet felt a bit sticky under my bare feet. Bed slept well, looked nice & was very comfortable. The coffee maker didn’t work - so I was pretty disappointed & even troubleshooted to make sure the outlet had been reset. Didn’t have time to call & ask for one that worked. Just had to make a Starbucks stop on the way to visit my mom in hospice.

This is an older motel that they have done a lot to make improvements to. The staff has been great. This older room doesn’t have a usb port anywhere, so bring your own. We are staying in a King with a kitchenette. There is a stove top and sink, but not a single pan or dish, so bring your own. The internet TV will drive you nuts. There is probably over 100 channels and no guide at all, not online, not on the TV, not anywhere. You have to go through every channel to see what is on. The TV is mounted flat to the wall, you can’t turn it toward the bed, the only place to sit in the room, although I guess some rooms have sofa’s, this room doesn’t. The room is very clean, nice soaps, etc.. The breakfast is good, besides the usual; cereal, waffle and yogurt, they do have “omelets”, sausage and bacon.

There were no snacks, food or beverage options other yhan an ice machine and soda machine. In convenient for me coming directly from small airport with no amenities either. Stsff was friendly and welcoming.

Didn't have the room I reserved and pre-paid for wich was a 2 Queen, stuck 3 of us in a 1 Queen with a sofa that was disgusting. Window was busted with cardboard taped over the hole. Toilet handle was broken and wouldn't flush, had to take the tank lid off to flush it by hand.

Our room was on the 2nd floor and didn't have a security swing lock on the inside. It looked like it had broken off. The shower was lovely. The street noise was a bit much, but I guess that can't be helped. No fresh fruit at breakfast, but I wouldn't think there is much of a run on breakfast. Location was great for us. Price was good too.

The doors are very insecure, they actually have a gap so you can see between and under the front door…not safe looking at all…the heater never turned on, everything looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time and the internet didn’t work.

Okay but could improve
Clean room, bed was moderately comfortable. The AC was subpar. There was a lingering smell of air freshener (i don't like that) and it was noisy- highway & upstairs neighbors stomped a lot. The pics made it look like all indoor entrances, but it is not. Not sure it was worth what i paid.

We arrived at 3pm. The lobby was locked, and public bathroom closed. We walked to "after hours" window and was met with a rude, unfriendly guy that wouldn't even talk to us. He would only kept repeating two words, as if that was the only English be knew. He kept repeating "I.D. and Credit Card". When I tried to make conversation, he totally ignored me, never even speaking. The air conditioner had not even been turned on at all. It was 92° in the room! (104°outside) We left for 6 hours,attending rally, and the temp had only cooled down to 78° by the time we came in for the night. We stayed 3 nights. Every single night when we came back to the room, our key would not work. We kept it inside the wallet so it wouldn't get deactivated by a cell phone. Apparently, the motel deactivated all room keys every night, regardless of how long you paid to stay. We had to walk back downstairs and to the other end of the motel to the office and ask for another key...THREE TIMES. THREE NIGHTS THREE KEYS THAT DIDN'T WORK. He never once apologized or even asked us for ID. Just asked what room number and reissued us a new key card! We could have been ANYONE! The coffee pot was filthy. There's was dust on everything, as if there had not been any guest in Room 212 in months. My organization has hundreds that come to the state rally in Tyler every year. I will NEVER stay there again, and will make sure all my constituents will not either.

This was a clean place, friendly staff, good bed and covers, no breakfast but I did appreciate free cold bottles of water. it is located right at two busy intersections, so there is some traffic noise. I slept fine, but you could hear trucks and motorcycles from the roads. There were a few folks smoking weed outside the rooms each night, I could smell it in my room a little. but then, that’s becoming the norm these days, they paid to be there too. I would still stay again. Nice place.

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the property. My room was surprisingly quiet being so close to the highway. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

It would have been nice to know that there is a 100 dollar deposit on top of the hotel cost when checking in. The shower head had a really bad leak that was spraing back into the wall. This is what was causing the mold at the bottom of the wall next to the tub. The safety lock was cut as well.

Very average motel. After check in, my key card did not open the door. I had to go back to the office and had my key card reprogrammed. Air conditioner is super noisy. I will not stay here again.
