Invest in guest comfort

Staff was nice, trees in the back were beautiful. Mattresses seemed stiff or old with old sheets. After I got Clorox wipes I was ok with being there.

Live savers!

I moved my mom into a room after a storm knocked out power for thousands of people. She is on oxygen and uses a cpap. The hotel was packed! But the super nice man there helped us get parked and took good care of us. They were so kind and put mom in a room on the 1st floor since she can't do stairs. This is a no frills place than was perfect for our needs! I am so pleased.

It was so old and dirty. Cigarette burn holes everywhere in the non smoking rooms. And they have the nerves to charge a $100 deposit for damages when the room is already damaged! How would they be able to tell damages if the condition of the room is already so old! They definitely need to close down and renovate.

Two issues made a nice room 2-star

The room itself was okay for the most part. The two big issues I had were the following... 1. There was beard trimming or something of the sort on the shower wall, indicating it had not been cleaned from the previous tenant and the shower was nearing ankle deep water by the end of my shower. 2.The charging outlet was on the opposite side of the room, meaning I had to get up everytime someone contacted me for work while I was waiting for my phone to charge. Aside from that, the bed was nice, the ac worked well, and the shower ran warm. Unfortunately those were 2 glaring issues that really affected my stay

The room was so gross we didn’t even stay the second night we paid for. The chair in the room was stained so bad I didn’t even want to set my luggage on it. There were hairs in the shower from previous guests and the walls/carpet were just plain dirty. For example toothpaste smeared on wall above sink & dirt smudges on the door/light switches. Outside our window was a Walmart shopping cart and the pool was also green. Lady who checked me in didn’t even ask for my ID. Walked down to office the morning after we stayed the first night and lobby was locked so only night window was accessible. But still no one to help us. Leaving review to help another family from experiencing what we did. There are older hotels/motels that are still clean regardless of their age. This place is dirty and unsafe. Save your money!

Add was not correct. Add stated pool ,it does not open till Easter. No breakfast as advertised . Then Wi-Fi went out. $85$ a lot of money for no extras. Wi-Fi was out in the whole town.

The address given was about 1/2 mi away on a dead end. I called the hotel to get instructions. When I got to where they were supposed to be there was no sign for the Apple Tree Inn. Instead I stopped at the Budget Inn and they said they just didn't have their new sign yet. I asked when the hours for the free advertised breakfast was and was told they didn't do that anymore even though I could see cereal dispensers nearby. The room was relatively clean except for all the dead bugs in the overhead light fixture. The bathroom sink took about 25 min to drain. There were no plug ins on the side of the room with the bed so we had to ask for extension cords to plug in our CPAPs. Also found out that if I'd called the hotel directly to make the reservation instead of doing it online I could have saved about $25.

The Hotel was an absolute disaster. There was no sign anywhere. They said that I was stolen. At that point I was questioning the safety of myself and my family. There were people living in a few of the hotel rooms. There were water stains on the ceiling and other stains on the floors. The parking lot was an absolute disaster as well. The air conditioning was not working well and the cleaning solution was so intense that I was barely able to stand it.

This property is clean and they clean every day the staff is friendly and very helpful. It is also a quiet place. It is a little hard to get to and the area around it is not very inviting but if you need a clean room for a decent price I would consider it.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. There were several dead bugs in the bathroom, hair in the shower. There was some sort of a sticky substance on the carpet in front of the refrigerator that we had to cover with a towel. Just was not a good stay but it was too late for us to look elsewhere.

The rooms are decorated from the '80s. I requested a non-smoking room and was placed next to a smoker. I was afraid to sleep on the bed but since my stay was just to sleep and shower for one day I had no choice. The price I paid for this room I could have had a better room somewhere else.

It was a clean and nice facility. Our shower was not in the best shape but everything else was great! Good location too!
