Staff was nice, and the hotel was convenient to catch the bus to the airport. The room and hallways leading to the rooms though were run down. As a housekeeper myself, my room was not cleaned at any high standard, but can’t be too bothered since the price was cheap for the night. The only thing that was frustrating were the room keys. They say to not have it be near your phone or it’ll deactivate, which is understandable. But there were instances when my phone was no where near them and it just stopped working so you constantly have to go back to reception, which mind you is not 24 hours. I took a family member to southern cross in the early morning and on my way back my card didn’t work, so I had to wait until 7 am for someone to be there and activate my card again.

My friend and I had the most amazing stay. Once we realized that the key fob only worked on the floor that the car was parked on, we were sorted. Fabulous views and set up. My only criticism was the pillows. I usually bring my own so will be doing so in the future. We'd definitely stay here again. It was awesome having a car park and the apartment was an easy walk to the city. Hosts were super friendly on check-in, our issue with the key fob and on check-out.

Clean room and shops nearby

Nice apartment and well equipped. But note that the 2nd bedroom has no window or a/c. I had to leave bedroom door opened during sleep. Great location. Easy to take tram.
