Fantastic property right by the Tyenna River. Our family of 4 enjoyed using the it as a base to explore the surrounding areas. The river was a big hit with the kids trying their luck at fishing. The cottage was clean, warm and comfortable. Thank you for sharing this special spot with us, we loved our stay.

Great spot at the door step to Mt Feild. Very few places this close to Tasmanian wilderness at your front door with all the comforts of home. Excellent cafe called Fika nearby at Maydena. Worth the short drive for morning or afternoon tea or a great lunch. Highly recommend.

The photo's of the property were exactly as it was listed, very quiet and tranquil setting. The fire wood needed to be undercover so you could light it, most of it was wet. No power at the BBQ Shed area would be good to have re connected so you can relax in this space later in the evening. Overall this cottage is beautiful and in a fantastic location thank you for sharing your property. Karen and Allan

Gorgeous property on the River. Lovely to listen to the river flowing by. The cottage is quite cosy.
Our second time at the property and once again we were blown away by the location. Simply stunning. We realised our first evening we did not have any hot water but a quick response from the owners to our text and it was resolved. The weather was quite chilly but it was so cosy in the cottage and the bed was extremely comfortable. We loved every minute of it and just around the corner from Mt Field National Park. Thank you.

The property was clean and well designed with plenty of space for two people. The kitchen was well equipped and modern. The location was also great for nature lovers. It is just minutes to the Mt. Field national park and right alongside a fast flowing stream with plenty of small birds and other wildlife to view. The only downside was marginal phone reception and no WiFi.

We stayed for 3 nights in this very modern cottage in a great, quiet location close to the National Park. Cottage had everything for a comfortable stay. Would recommend staying here if you are spending some time in the Mt Field area.
