"The little cabin was cozy, quiet, and just what we were looking for to get way from Columbus during 4th of July weekend. Despite it's diminutive size, the cabin had everything we needed for 4 nights. The A/C worked well and kept us cool during the very hot days. The beds were comfortable, as was the couch. They also have a wonderfully soft rug spanning the floor. The pond was stocked with fish as promised and I caught a good size bass, as well as a dozen blue gill. The kayaks were in good shape and are fun to take around the pond in the cool mornings and evenings. Seeing and hearing the cattle roam by throughout the day was also enjoyable, especially the little calves. Overall, it was a great experience and we would highly recommend. "

"We could. If walked around naked the whole time!! So privateGrill was awesome even an extra one if needed. It has a small bathroom would love the comfort height for older guests. Would stay again The owner was so nice and takes pride in his cabin. Would love to see it in the fall. "

"First I'll stay with communication at first I thought it was a bit excessive but I later understood why I received several communications. When I arrived and finally saw it I was a bit taken a back it's quaint. One single room, a microwave and fridge, I had brought food to cook, which I couldn't. There was a bed a bunk bed and a ladder to a lifted area, sleeping 6 is a stretch. We had 4 but 5 easy if someone wants to sleep up. The balcony really does over look the river it's nice. I was, however, blown away by such amazing citations service that I quickly did not care, it is by far very affordable and a great place to sleep and prepare for your other planned adventures. They're is no swimming or fishing at least not there, although they don't claim that. The breakfast is ample and a great addition. Gena and Chris bent over backwards to do things and make sure we had everything we didn't even know we needed. I have been traveling for over 40 years and have never experienced the level of costumer friendliness and support they provided. I would stay at any of their properties time and time again. Bring boats games, there is a grill and firepit they let you use, a swings and climbing gym thing. The beds were extremely comfortable and the loft is deep."

"We as a group have stayed all over the United States in Vrbo’s and other venues like it and this property was by far one of the best we have utilized. We were there from a Thursday to Sunday. We got rained out on Friday and it was an all day stay on property day. A huge screened in porch that connected to a roofed over shelter with the grill allowed us to still enjoy the cookout we had planned. The huge living room with TV allowed some to zone out on the adequately furnished space. The beautiful huge 12 chair dining table gave plenty of space for eating and gaming. We had a board game going and cards at the same time. Queen size beds in all the bed rooms were refreshing and surprisingly very comfortable. The overall spacious layout was beautiful. The only draw backs were the main steps going up were a little steep and the treads were narrower than normal. At the top of the steps to the library the ceiling is low and you need to be mindful or you will bump your head. The outdoor fire pit and the owner bring in a load of firewood completed the great overall experience for us Saturday night as we decompressed and shared stories and many laughs around the camp fire. The natural beauty was capped off with views of deer, turkey, rabbits, squirrels, and owls hooting thru the night. We will be going back. "
