"The staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating. I arrived early and just asked if I could park my car there until check in. They said my room was ready and let me check in early! Everything was neat and clean. All the hotels on Tybee Island are many years old but this one had been remodeled and was in good shape."

"The stay started out well enough, our room was ready when we arrived and there was parking available. A quick review of the room was okay except of the mold on the caulking in the bathroom and peeling paint on the bathroom door. Later that evening we found that the bathroom sink drained very slowly - like hours. The first day we went to the beach most of the day (quick walk which was nice) and came back with no room service. Didn't make a big deal about it, got some towels and went on with our evening. The next day when we came back and our room wasn't touched again my friend went to discuss with the office. She was told that she should have complained the first day but they would be sure to get our room the next day. Our room now had 3 days worth of towels and sand from the beach. On the 3rd day we came back early (like 3ish) and our room still had not been touched. I went to the office and they said we were to get a "Full Service" but they had to get to the rooms with new reservations first. We went to dinner and come back to a room where we had new towels (old towels removed) and the bathroom had been cleaned and the floors mopped (although sand was still visible). The sheets had NOT been changed or the beds remade - so much for their "FULL SERVICE". I would not stay again."

"The staff was very helpful and informative about the area. The parking was good. The room had exposed wires, several electric outlets didn’t work. The shower floor pan needed replaced or repaired, the toilet leaked on the floor. The shower head only had 3 working outlet streams so not much on the water output. The unit had tile flooring that you could skate on with your shoes on, very grimy. A definite fall hazard. The bed was nice, the ac worked well, the pool area was nice. Not sure if the lift chair at the pool was in working condition but it did have some major damage to the seat."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The weather started out rough but it ended up great! Played board games at night it was quiet and everything was within walking distance! Super clean and great neighbors! Highly recommend!"

"We booked a family suite to have more space. Our tv did not work, the sink would not drain, the sofa was so filthy that I took one of the extra bedspreads off an unused bed to cover it. The office staff tried to get the tv working and after lots of plunging the sink remained clogged. The office staff moved us to a smaller room. The sink immediately clogged in it but after we requested a plunger, we got it working. The pictures are not accurate. The building, furniture, and fixtures are extremely run down. I am no diva and can deal with an old building as long as it is CLEAN but this one was not clean. I was not refunded the difference that I paid for the family suite vs the regular room. The location was great. The staff was super nice."
