"I was charged for a room I booked but I didn't get it the room was dirty had to buy a 50 $ deposit 79 for the wrong dirty smelly room. Then when I turned the air on it started making laid noise went n asked why my room is wrong n they didn't answer me but I tried to get a different room was told that they just rented the last two but yet there expida still had the same number of rooms n I walked around n counted over 20 empty rooms so I went n spent over 20 bucks on cleaning supplies n cleaned it I asked what time does the hot tube n pool close told 11 so I get my wife an tell her we still have 2 hours n 30 minutes n I asked not 10 minutes before n go to the pool area n it's locked up for maintenance the room I reserved had a big Jacuzzi tub in bathroom that n the hot tub is the only reasons I chose that motel. Here is the kicker when I checked in they was a guy that was upset about not getting his deposit back I didn't pay much attention but no the room inside door there's price list 1 person 2- 4 $129 is for tow well 79 I was charged for the worst experience I've had in years plus 50 deposit I didn't get back bc they said I smoked in the room and this was a straight out lie we don't smoke at all so no deposit returned. Just like the other guy but it's 129 like the door said. This was our 10th anniversary I was just trying to do something nice for my wife and they tuned it in to a nite we. Just want to forget they stole my 50 dollars no if ands or buts I would like it back"
