Modernised Mackenzie with central location
Recently renovated oh the inside this property is less than 5 minute walk to town center. While this is a hydro home it is well insulated.
Port-a-cot and high chair in wardrobe (your own bedding required for cot). Comfortable deck which gets great afternoon sun and some outdoor furniture. Close proximity to Mt Cook, the 4 surrounding lakes and the hydro canals nearby for fishing or recreation. There is plenty more to do in this beautiful part of the country.
We are a business so we are contactable without charge 9am-3pm Monday to Friday. Do Not use the fire place or garage.
Check out time of 10am is strict so we can ensure cleaning is completed before check in time. A late check out fee will be charged if you depart after 10am unless a late check out is arranged prior. Checking out after 11AM means you incur a full days fee.
A fee of $100.00 will be charged to you as the guest if we are called out to the premises after business hours ( Business hours are 9am-3pm Monday- Friday) unless deemed not liable by our technician. This will be charged and paid in full prior to your departure or asked to pay on arrival to call out As banking deposits can take up to more than 48hours to be processed.
Smoking inside is NOT ALLOWED and will result in a $200 charge for professional cleaning.
If you book for 2 guests, a maximum of 2 beds can be used other wise we will charge you for extra linen.
