Coventry Log Home Built 2020, Cozy 3 Bed 2 Bath custom cabin near Bretton Woods

Our custom lag cabin home is a Coventry Ascutney Model completed June of 2020. “The Acorn” is a cozy 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cabin perfect for 2-4 adults and children. We are dog friendly and allow 1 small-medium sized dog with additional pet fee & approval. ESA dogs are welcome and not exempt from the additional pet fee. The log home features a wood burning stove, smart tv’s in every bedroom & living area, wifi, central air conditioning for the warmer months and heated mattress pad covers to keep you warm & cozy on those cold NH nights. This home is located in a 8 log home cul de sac. We also own a larger log cabin home in the same development named “Three Kings Cabin." This oversized cabin can accomodate up to 12 guests and is listed on VRBO listing #3730797.

The house is centrally located directly off of route 3 amongst many of the White Mountains premier attractions (see below).
The development offers Mountain View’s, large wooded lots and direct, private access to a snowmobile trail accessing corridor 11.

The cabin has 2 levels. The top floor features a king, primary bedroom w/private bath (shower & soaker tub) & the 1st floor has 2 guest bedrooms (1 queen & the other with 2 twin xl's), full bathroom w/laundry, kitchen and a cozy living area. All of the beds have high end mattresses, cotton sheets & down alternative pillows.
*There is a fully finished lockout lower level (450sqft) with an additional family room, 3rd full bathroom plus a 2 person sauna. This can be added to any reservation for $100/nt plus $75 additional cleaning fee.

The cabin has central heat and a/c to make it comfortable in any climate conditions. Owners will get you started w/a complimentary bundle of firewood for the Jutul wood burning stove during the months of November-March to complete the full NH White Mountains experience. Camp wood is located outside near trash dumpster & guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor firepit year around.

The cabin is staged and stocked well for cooking and entertaining. There is a 6-8 person outdoor dining table, a small interior bistro table (seats 2-4) plus 4 counter seats at the kitchen island.
The main cabin living space is cozy and ideal for 2-4 adults.
