"The room was clean, as well as the property and pool area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was perfect! Nothing fancy..but it was hot, fully stocked and delicious! The air conditioner in the room also worked well, which we greatly appreciated. It was about a 20min, easy, walk to Disneyland and with and all the amenities it was perfect! Great price as well. 10/10 recommended!"

"Our room was great and spacious, the breakfast had a great selection...might have been better a little later, walking around Disneyland for 10 plus hours took its toll. Some of our party couldn't get up in time. But the selection was great. We also bought some stuff from the little store front in the lobby. I had the fruit bowl myself and ate from it for 2 days.Was nice having a refrigerator and microwave also. My daughter bought a pot pie one night. It was also great being on the route for the shuttle to the park. We didn't get a chance to use the pool since our main goal for this stay was Disney. But on the chilly nights a nice dip in a heated pool sounded nice...maybe next time. Parking was easy and well lit not a long walk to get inside. We give the stay 8 thumbs up. All 4 of us had a great time."

"Staff were very friendly, hot tub was VERY clean! Rooms were clean and quite nice for the price. Good size fridge. No microwave in room but you can request one for $4.08/day US or use a communal microwave - centrally located. Steps away from PF Changs, Cheesecake Factory and many more restaurants. Took us about 15-20 min to walk with a slow 9 year to Disneyland security which includes long traffic lights. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay on a budget."

"I reserved the hotel for my family. They arrived early at the Hyatt with the intention of leaving the car so that they could attend Disneyland. They were informed at the Hyatt that they needed my California driver’s license for the reservation. Even though they had the reservation itinerary. After some hassle, they were able to park the car and go to Disneyland. When the family returned later that evening, the two queen size beds that were reserved on Hotels.com was no longer available. Instead, the Hyatt offered a king size bed with a couch 🛋️ bed 🛏️. Pretty simple what happened, since my wife did not check in at 4:00 pm, they gave our reservation to someone else. However, they did offer a breakfast voucher for overpriced food. Fortunately, my wife did not fall for the scam."

"When checking in, there was no staff at the front desk, they had a bell to ring for service which I had to flaring twice and waited anywhere from 20 to 20 minutes for staff to assist with check-in. Housekeeping had just left the room as I parked right in front of my room but still the bathroom was not very clean and the room floor was still dirty, looked like it was cleaned in a hurry. The beds are really hard and uncomfortable."
