"Staff was super rude and not helpful at all. My credit card just expired and I didn't have another one with me. They would not accept my debit card for the $250 deposit even though I already paid for the room so I wasted $160 bucks and was treated very poorly for nothing. Definitely would not recommend."

"This property is our go to location when visiting family in Juneau. The rooms are clean and conveniently located to Fred Meyer and Safeway and the airport. Just a short drive to downtown in one direction and to the Valley and Auke Bay in the other direction. We’ve never been concerned with safety and there is sufficient parking close to the entrance. "

"We loved our short stay here while we were in town for a swim meet. This condo was beautiful with lots of natural light and a nice view of the mountains. Multiple couches, plenty of throw blankets for coziness, card games and blackout blinds led to restful moments in between swim events. Kitchen had everything we needed for basic cooking, keurig pods/coffee at the ready. Everything was very clean. We would stay here again!"

"My husband and I stayed three nights and our stay was very nice. Great staff, helpful always with a sense of humor. The location of the hotel, close to historic downtown and on the waterfront was very handy. We could walk to go shopping and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will stay here again😊"

"The property was perfect for my dog. The view was nice but the sound of the traffic really was loud from 6am till almost midnight both days we were there. Fixtures and furniture were wonderful and the condo is nice and new. We really like the condo layout and location. "
