My entire trip was wonderful until my last night stay there, they must have rented the room above me to marathon runners, they were pounding on the floor so loud running back and forth with heavy feet feeling like it was vibrating my room, that it kept me up till past midnight. I couldn't get to sleep with the noise so loud.

Price is fair for what you get, beds are comfortable, room was clean and spacious. Shower was hot and alot of pressure. Staff are always friendly when we see a new face. Checked in late with Angela, she explained all the amenities check out times etc very clearly, helped with us extending our stay and making the process easy. She was friendly and efficient. The property inside and out is clean and tidy.

The hotel was very nice and clean, staff were very friendly. The room has a nice kitchen area with refrigerator, burners and microwave. Unfortunately there were no cookware, dishes or silverware in the room.

First time staying in MP, loved how close to the road we were traveling on, along with how busy the staff was, they made everyone feel comfortable and they mattered.(phone was put on hold, checking two different families in, and still kept phone people she would be right with then! Very professional ✔️ Will recommend to everyone 🫶👍

It’s a decent place. Breakfast is not included which was not specified on Expedia. But overall no complaints! I only stayed for a night.

First time staying at a My Place Hotel. Reasonable prices, nice and clean well maintained faculty. The gal at the front desk was wonderful to deal. We were looking for somewhere safe to store our eBikes for the night. She went out of her to help us so we didn’t have to worry about our bikes being stolen. We would highly recommend this hotel.

My granddaughter was in the hospital In Nicu when she was a 5 weeks early. My mom and I drove 18 hours to be there and it was so reassuring we were actually able to be able to go right across the street to see her. The staff was amazing!! Loved the fact we had fresh Ice for my water right in our room. Will definitely stay again.

We do a yearly visit with daughter and grandkids in Colorado. We are Washington residents. Twin Falls works out great as it is right in the middle of our trip. I selected My Place Hotel from the many for price quoted, clean & safe facility, and what we found was a great & reliable "feel" if you can measure that. My thoughts are you guys are the "template" for how an overnite stay should be. Thanks

Check -in was great, room was like new and nice. However parking lights were dim and refrigerator made loud suffering noises all night.
