"Property was reasonably priced and communication with the host was A. The issues were the property was very old/tired. The master bed was like sleeping in a pillow. I didn’t dare take a shower in the master bath. Tiles around the tub were jagged and caulk was missing. The chair in the master had a throw over it. I’m glad it was two dudes staying over the weekend. My wife would have refused"

"Nice place. Very large, has a pool table downstairs, along with a table for gathering to eat and play cards. Great views of the water. We brought our two dogs and there was plenty of green spaces to walk them around. I would be careful as the neighbors had a dog that occasionally was loose. It never did anything of concern but we didn’t let the dogs get too close. Had a few small issue but when we told the property owner they responded quickly to resolve. Would certainly go back."

"Great lake house! We enjoyed the property. The kayaks were perfect. We were close to all the sights and had a peaceful place to come back and relax to. The Host was responsive and friendly! Thanks for the stay. We will be back soon!"

"The space was exactly as described (a little slice of heaven!)!Very nice spot on the deck to have coffee and watch the sunrise, or chill at night and stargaze. The house was very tidy. The hot tub was a great place to unwind after days adventuring. We cooked a couple meals in the kitchen. "

"The communication about the entry could have been better. The gate code was kind of hidden in an email I received from them and not easy to find on VRBO. We actually found an unlocked gate to go in. Also it wasn't clear which unit it was until we dug through the email to find it.I feel like the photo listing is a little deceiving. This property claims to be for four people, but with four adults it was very cramped and there isn't adequate seating for four comfortably. It would be much better suited for two adults and two children. There were only two chairs ont he deck, which was dirty with debris. There is one small couch and an ottoman in the living room. I actually sat on the floor. The upstairs loft would be perfect for kids, but has very narrow stairs - I actually slipped on the slick, older carpet - but offers no privacy for adults.Other than that, the property was decorated really cute, had more than enough amenities, and little touches like snacks. So I would recommend the property for a small family."

"Such a quaint place to stay. It’s right outside Hot Springs. The communication with the host was more than amazing. There was a book with things to do in the area and everything we needed to know about the property in a binder. Everything was labeled and easy to find. They left little extras everywhere. Snacks on the counter. Cheese, chocolates and bottled water from the hot springs in the refrigerator. Robes and bath essentials. There were also kayaks that were easy to get into the water. The fire pit was great. The wood was dry and readily available. There was a raccoon that would peek in on us every night to see what we were doing then it would Meander off back into the woods. I would highly recommend this place for relaxation. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay."
