Guest Access:
You will have the entire house and property to yourself.

The Neighborhood:
There are a number of great restaurants and amenities in the nearby area. On the end of the street usually is a fresh fruit stand with amazing fresh cut mexican fruit salad. We are a few minute drive from a Starbucks, grocery store, boutique bakery, pharmacy, casino, National Park entrance, and restaurants. The streets are paved and due to the designated dark sky ordinance there are fewer street lights allowing for the best star gazing.

Getting Around:
We have plenty of parking on site with a circle driveway and designated side area to park. To get around you would be required to drive.

Other Things to Note:
There is a large Samsung HD TV with Chromecast so you can log in to your accounts with Netflix, Hulu, etc..Free super fast WiFi.

For Babies/Toddlers - there is a Graco Pack-n-Play with optional bassinet. Also, a collapsible bathtub and a child booster seat with a high back and belt which straps on to a dining chair.

The dedicated workspace is a dining room table facing the desert views which we have personally used working remotely. It is separate from the living room but it is not a dedicated office.

Please note:
* The living room features blackout curtains for privacy and darkness. However, there are no curtains or shades in the kitchen or dining room, so the living room may be bright in the morning if someone is sleeping on the sofabed.
