The service here is excellent. The staff greets you with a map sits down with you to explain the area. Really personable. Great with our daughter as well. Also, free breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay here next time. Wonderful experience!

Lovely hotel, beautiful. We were just abit disappointed that our room type was only available on the 2nd floor meaning no outside view. We would not have booked this hotel had we known this in advance. Sky bar also unavailable due to private functions. Other than that, it was a lovely building with excellent staff.

Beyond the facilities, it was the hospitality that left the strongest impression. On my birthday, the front desk team surprised me with a cake and gathered together to sing. It was such a thoughtful gesture that brought genuine emotion and made my stay unforgettable. These personal touches are what elevate a hotel from simply “good” to truly extraordinary. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with plenty of variety and beautifully presented dishes. Every staff member I encountered was professional, kind, and always smiling. The location is unbeatable—right in the Old Quarter, close to the famous Train Street, yet perfectly quiet once you’re inside. This hotel proves that luxury is not only about the building or the décor, but also about the way people make you feel. Here, I felt cared for, celebrated, and at home.
