We absolutely loved this property! It was the perfect location in the Old Quarter of Hanoi right in the middle of the action and excitement of the city but felt like a quiet retreat each time we came back. The rooftop pool and bar was a lot of fun for the whole family, and our children really enjoyed the chance to swim in the beautiful water! The best part of our trip, however, was the help we received from Hanne! She was absolutely amazing and even let me connect with her on WhatsApp for city sightseeing and food recommendations. She was incredibly professional but so sweet and friendly! The entire staff was amazing as well, so accommodating and sweet. Really impressed with this stay!

The pictures don’t match the rooms at all. Had booked this place for 3 nights at $65 USD/night, almost $200, which is not worth the cost. This place is worth maybe $25-45/night.
After checking in my gf and I requested a room change to a cheaper room which was cleaner, then got a room at a different hotel since we were willing to pay for a different hotel where we stayed at before.
The staff were helpful and the location is in a good spot but the rooms are completely not what the pictures show.
