El hotel tiene áreas de mejoras: A los clientes de agencias les dan tratos diferentes que a personas que llegan a instalarse por otros medios. El checkin fue horrible. El Gerente responsable del hotel, carece de jerarquia, pues le expuse mi situación de checkin y trato de mejorar nuestra estancia que era por SEIS días, sin embargo pude observar que personal de menor grado toma decisiones que oscurecen su posición, con esto último me refiero a que le pidió a la ama de llaves que nos asignara una habitación con acceso a aplicaciones de APP (NETFLIX, YOUTUBE ETC). Pero esa persona (ama de llaves) incluso con aires de pobresa humana, nos asignó una habitación con carencias. A la ama de llaves, sería bueno que la sensibilizaran con un viajecito aunque sea dentro de su mismo estado, tal vez allí sepa lo que es estar fuera de su casa, con lo cual puede saber qué es la empatía. Ojalá y estos comentarios llegarán a personas del negocio que entiendan y comprendan que todas las empresas se deben a la satisfacción de sus clientes y/ o usuarios. Saludos cordiales,

recamaras,,,,bien. aseo bien,,,,elevadores bien, rest. bien, recepcion bastante incumunicable .....poca atencion casi nada....una sola persona,,,,, estacionamiento es un aplaza comercial.....la parte trasera del hotel..calle luce... muy pobre de pavimento y por las noches luce tambien peligrosa....saludos

La tarifa no va a corde con las instalaciones en general, la presentación de los empleados en recepción entre el lobby y las áreas públicas rumbo al elevador se ve la falta de atención y mantenimiento, además de que huele a baño sucio toda la planta baja, rescatable las camas

Fui a disfrutar unos días para relajarme en la piscina y el personal de Recepción no tenía conocimiento de que estaba Fuera de Servicio, toda mi estancia la tuvieron en mantenimiento, Fueron por mi para ir a un tour y al preguntar al personal de recepción, le dijeron que no había nadie hospedado a mi nombre. Decepcionante y pésimo servicio el que me proporcionaron. Nunca volveré a este disque Hotel.
