Cambio de propietario

Cuando llegamos nos avisaron que ya no era Crowm Plaza, sino Holiday inn, y por razonez ajenas nos cambiaron a otro hotel, por lo cual realizamos el check out un dia antes de nuestra partida, pero volvimos despues y nos ofrecieron precio especial en la habitacion, esta fue lo unico inconveniente, ya que las habitaciones y el servicio estuvo excelente

Good stopping off hotel

Nice facility, centrally located. I think it would have been better if we had more time. Nice facility and the service people were anxious to help however they could. Dinner in the restaurant was very good and the steak was D-lish.

El personal fue muy professional. La habitacion fue limpia. La comida en el restaurant fue muy sabrosa y de buena calidad, y los meseros muy professionals. La mucha que preparaba los huevos es una mujer muy linda, cocina bien, amigable, etc. En resumen, fue bastante agradable nuestra estancia alli.

Grato y limpio el hotel.,

La recepcion no fue muy buena. el cuarto limpio y grande, pero la taza, del bano tenia un problema que nunca lo arreglaron. Buen servicio en el restaurant, mas no nos avisaron que las personas de tercera edad tenian descuento. La locacion del hotel estuvo lejos del centro, pero si habia un centro comercial y un VIPS al lado.. Estuvimos contentos. Gracias

Como siempre excelente atención, lo único que falta es variedad en los menús tanto de restaurantes como de servicio a cuartos, casi no tienen oferta de comida con platillos locales de Chiapas

Good hotel, can improve

Good hotel for business stay. Food could be better foe the price. Toilet paper could be better. They closed the pool half the time I was there, I didn't use it much, but I guess people would appreciate that kind of info before booking.
