The place was decent for the location. The view is beautiful. The staff was friendly and attentive. The staff made my stay pleasing. I would recommend the restaurant, it was delicious. I would have to recommend that AC units be installed in the bedrooms. Most outlets did not work, the screen door was broken, and the wifi service was not great.

The place is incredible. I can’t believe I never been there before the staff is super kind Tania, Veronica, the gentleman that takes care at night there. Florentino has a grumpy face but is a good man. The facilities are super in good care, clean, spectacular view will definitely ll”be back. El lugar es increíble, no puedo creer que nunca había estado ahí. El staff súper amable, Tania Verónica, el señor que cuida y vive ahí Super amables. Florentino, poco mal encarado, pero buena gente. Las instalaciones súper bien cuidadas, limpio, espectacular. Definitivamente voy a volver.

This facility is very dangerous, my friend had an accident that could have been a fatality, and the owners didn’t respond to the responsibility of the follow up of the medical expenses. And what is worst, no safety immediate actions to prevent someone to have other accident. Specifically talking about the jacuzzi stairs, don’t use them!

La vista al lago está bien para las habitaciones de la segunda y tercera planta. La primera planta no tiene vista al lago. Las habitaciones están en buenas condiciones y limpias. Sin embargo el resto de la propiedad necesita limpieza y mantenimiento en general. El personal se esmera en dar un buen servicio dentro de sus posibilidades. El internet lamentablemente no funcionó mientras estuvimos ahí.

Rivera de Moras es uno de mis restaurantes favoritos desde hace 5 años, y ahora que también tiene hospedaje he ido 2 veces a quedarme en este año. El precio se me hace accesible y me encanta la facilidad del restaurante para desayunar y comer ahí mismo, la vista al lago es preciosa y algunas habitaciones tienen buena vista y jacuzzi. Cuenta con una pequeña alberca. El personal es muy amable siempre. IMPORTANTE, no cuenta con servicio de restaurante en la noche, pero hay varias tiendas y changarros para salir a cenar cerca. Aunque es pet friendly, cada mascota tiene un costo extra en el hospedaje y puede salir más caro que un invitado adicional.

La alberca estaba sucia y el agua helada, supongo no era templada (no recuerdo si hacían referencia a eso al momento de reservar)! Muy descuidada esa parte de la alberca, hasta llegaba un olor feo (baño/regadera). En las habitaciones que cuentan con jacuzzi deberían agregar baño de burbujas y hasta un frigobar le daría plus (sugerencia). La habitación en general cumple con lo que ofrecen y se descansa (aunque si eres de sueño ligero por estar cerca de carretera puedes oír pasar a trailers y demás)

Pésima experiencia

Cuando llegamos a hacer checkin el encargado nos dijo que había que pagar la habitación. Aún después de mostrarle el comprobante de pago en la aplicación y el cargo en el estado de cuenta de la tarjeta de crédito continuo con una actitud prepotente de que el no podía hacer nada y que lo resolvieramos con nuestro banco. Se le solicitó un teléfono para poder resolver el problema ya que no hay señal de celular en el área y se negó a proporcionarlo. Después de 30 mins de tratar de resolverlo por nuestra cuenta, el encargado contactó finalmente al área de reservaciones donde se le comentó que nos diera el ingreso. El encargado nos hizo pasar por toda esta mala experiencia para que al final si tuviera el la manera de resolverlo. La limpieza del baño de la habitación no era buena y no había productos de limpieza en la regadera más que una botella sin etiqueta a medio usar. Al lado del hotel hay un salon de eventos en donde tenían música muy fuerte que continuó hasta las 4 de la mañana, por lo que no permitió descansar. Definitivamente no recomendamos este lugar y mucho menos por el mal trato y nulo servicio al cliente que tienen.
